The
Abraham Kriel Children's Home made history on the 25th of May 2010. At
a special gala dinner the Children's Home presented the first three
ambassadors in the history of the Home to the guests. They are
Hennie Maas,
a presenter of the radio station RSG,
advocate Anton Wiid,
who grew up in the Home and the vocal artist,
Bobby van Jaarsveld,
well known for his song - Spieëltjie.
A
dream came true and at the Home everybody is so thankful because these
three men set a good example for the children and staff. As they cover
different fields in the community they will be a great help to our
Home in future.
They will be advertisements for the Institution - what an
achievement!! |
